Q: When will I hear back after submitting my application?
A: Regardless of your selection status, you will receive an email containing next steps within two weeks.

Q: What is the program's start date?
A: Typically, fellows begin in the summer.

Q: I can commit to only one year. Should I still apply?
A: No, this is a two-year fellowship.

Q: What kind of travel should I expect in this role?
A: For the Program Officer role, expect to travel at least 2 weeks per month, though this tends to ebb and flow. Required travel for other roles is minimal.

Q: Are full-time remote arrangements possible?
A: No. All fellows are based at ISI's headquarters in Wilmington, DE.

Q: Can I stay longer than 2 years?
A: Yes! If you have excelled in your role and want to continue your career at ISI, we will endeavor to find you an ideal match.

Q: What is the starting salary?
A: $35,000 plus full benefits, including employer-matched retirement plans.
